Free Purple Balloon Skirt

This is the most frustrating thing ever if you have a constant firewall in your face. I still can't seem to get it, and I've spend 30 minutes minimum trying to get around it. Issue is, there is only one Brazilian proxy, tissi.net.br/. That's the proxy you will need for this skirt (I'm not too bummed out because I've got the orange one). In the web proxy address paste:
