You will need a Russian proxy. I like to use https://dostyp.ru but you can use which ever Russian proxy you want. In the web proxy address paste:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=712
Log in. Then paste:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=712
