You will need a German proxy. I like to use https://proxy-service.de (if you live in Oman use this) but some others prefer 4proxy.de and https://german-proxy.de
In the web proxy address paste:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=726
Log in. Then paste:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=726
