No proxy needed. Though the steps are a bit different than the usual.

1) On your Stardoll account, Go to "My Page"
2) Then go to "My Account"
3) Click "Setttings"
4) Copy this: http://www.paramountpictures.co.UK/PremiereClub/PremiereClub_Promotion.asp?PID=832&u=
5) Paste it on the url box above and DON'T PRESS ENTER
6) Copy your ID number
7) Paste you ID number after the 'u=' for example: http://www.paramountpictures.co.UK/PremiereClub/PremiereClub_Promotion.asp?PID=832&u=77638983
8) Press enter
9) Register with FAKE information. You won't need to fill in your phone number.
