I actually thought this was from the UK but it isn't. It's from Poland. Sadly, for me, my fave Polish proxy, zmien.info, was blocked by the firewall of the country I'm living in (completely annoying and no freedom of press!). I had to do a special and complicated way of getting it, but I think it should work for you. Try zmien.info but if it's messed up than use: proxy.trash.pl instead. In the web proxy address paste:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=1082
Log in. Then paste:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=1082
