You know, the dress is actually pretty for Hannah Montana. Usually they're pretty ugly, but this one actually made it to my closet ;) The TV is a lot like the Xbox TV and the Sing It one.
You'll need a US proxy. I tried using webwarper.net but this works in a special way:
Click this link, you won't need the proxy right now. It takes you directly to the proxy.

Log in. Then change the "view" part of the link to "finish" (in the URL).
Then paste www.stardoll.com/en/ in the web proxy address. You get the TV from logging in.
